I wanted to try one of the handmade flowers, only I don't have a distresser tool, so I just used sandpaper and sort of wadded them gently. I also used some edging scissors for variety and liked that. I got one tiny rik rak pair at the last CKA convention and loved using those, a scalloped pair, and a regular rik rak pair.
This was my first attempt at hand stitching on a layout...I used the sewing machine to create the dots, sewing with no thread, then added stitching.

Great Job o the flower, I've never made one like this so well done on trying it. I will have to give it a go.
